- • Please note that $25 of your dues will go to the NY Restaurant PAC to support those elected officials who support restaurants. Said contribution is voluntary and you may refuse to contribute without effecting your membership rights. Each member of the Association should keep in mind that their $25 contribution to the Association's PAC should be deducted from that organization's contributions limit as directed under the election law.
- • Association dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but are deductible as an ordinary & necessary business expense. However, 30% of Association dues are allocated to lobbying activities and are not deductible as a business expense.
